"This balloon was seen drifting lazily over the coast of Victoria (Australia) at Jan Juc. A lot of surfers noticed it with delight and the local tourist biplane on the way to the 12 Apostles zoomed by for a closer look. A little later, the onshore breeze carried the balloon came back over land. Being bright red, a few curious Lorikeets and Rosellas flew up to take a look."
